Senator Barack Obama’s wife Michelle was criticized
for a recent speech, in which she was accused by some of attacking
Hillary Clinton. In the
speech, Mrs. Obama said “If you can’t run your own house, you can’t run
the White House.”
Some interpreted the comment as potentially being a
veiled slight toward Hillary Clinton, who dealt with infidelity and
other marital problems from her husband, former President Bill Clinton.
During their marriage, it was
determined that When asked about the slight, Senator Obama said “No, she wasn’t making any reference to that.” The line was about “making sure that we are talking the talk but also walking the walk” on family values. “That’s all it was referring to.” Get More Black News Make Us Your HomePage!
