Eddie Murphy’s mansion on sale for $6.5 million

Eddie Murphy’s Granite Bay mansion is up for grabs…if grabs means $6.5 million. The Los Lagos home went up for market after the actors divorce from Nicole Mitchell Murphy. The initial $10 million price tag has lowered significantly, but not because of its default status. Moe Abourched of RE/MAX on The Boulevard in Sherman Oaks told reporters at The Sacramento Bee, that the default was due to "errors by a business manager" and is being "cleared up."

According to The Sacramento Bee, the 11,200-square-foot main home, built nine years ago, includes a 12-seat movie screening room, video arcade, infinity pool, six-car garage, six bedrooms and nine baths (including one the size of a small apartment). There’s also a view of nearby Folsom Lake and the Sacramento skyline, 25 miles away. Most of the lavish furnishings are included in the price, which includes a black baby piano and at least 20 TV's.

One of the children's bedrooms has a "Shrek" theme, while another has a French-village motif.
