Actor/musician Jamie Foxx has come a long way from his humble roots in a tiny Texas town as evidenced from his Oscar for his star turn in “Ray”, the Platinum status of his album, “Unpredictable” and his Grammy nominations. And apparently, all of his success and accolades have gotten to his head. While promoting his latest film “The Kingdom” at a press junket, the Times of India reported that Foxx displayed his diva side when he prevented others from occupying the elevator that he and his bodyguard rode. As the elevator stopped at various floors, the bodyguard blocked other would-be passengers from entering. Members of the press were literally blocked from impromptu interviews with the star as his bodyguard protected him from the onslaught of cameras. Foxx’s actions might have raised some eyebrows, but even the famous deserve some privacy.
