Woman Jailed for Recording Police Officer Covering Up a Crime

Tiawanda Moore (pictured) has filed a suit against the city of Chicago, after she was arrested for secretly recording a police officer asking her not to file a charge against his co-worker for touching her inappropriately.

Moore, 21, called in to report an officer who’d groped her breast while responding to a domestic disturbance at the home she shared with her boyfriend. But rather than receiving justice, Tiawanda was charged with violating the Illinois eavesdropping law, a felony that carries a stiff penalty of up to 15 years in prison.

I recorded my exhusband verbally,psychologically and mentally abusing me for years. Took all the recordings to the divorce lawyer. He listened to them, they made him very angry. But, he told me they could not be used in court because my ex did not know I was recording him.

Outrageous! How is it that some women can use such tapes, and some can’t? There has recently been a story on TV shows such as Deborah Norville’s about a woman secretly tape recording her husband raping her (both their screaming) and her winning in court by using the tapes, which were found admissable. How else can people, especially women, protect themselves, in he said/she said situations, all too common for women?

What really burns me about the Tiawanda Moore case is that she was then jailed. How can someone know how to protect themselves from abusers or the law when the tape recording laws are so unequal from one place or situtation to another?

A whole nation of humans are literally, easily, and thoroughly fooled by the elite!

I expect to see and hear utterly outrageous crimes committed by law enforcement, military, other various government officials, and especially the ‘elite’ in this sorry excuse for a country (given its evil and heinous history)! These publicly paid people prey on the common citizens of America as they protect and give special privileges to the richest and themselves! Meanwhile various sectors of the populace (already insane) are going completely mad!

The mental brainwashing and conditioning by the elite of this country has always been to call it the best in the world with a constant barrage of psychologically based propaganda, but if that doesn’t work they threaten and attack outspoken people who can see through the bogus lies and criminal activities. It’s just a shame that those who are supposed to protect us have been rendered too ignorant, conditioned, and attached to their jobs to do the right thing and to stop hurting the innocent people at the behest of the elite!

Now, when (brainwashed) people continue to believe and recant that most police are good and there are only a few bad apples, or that the judicial system is fair. It makes me cringe in the knowledge that these people are ignorant, naive, and literally insane to even think such nonsense! When people think that Mr. Obama actually has power in this [forever] Anglo-dominant, racist-based social structure, I am saddened by the levels of brainwashed conditioning they are exhibiting! One might ordinarily think. “What have they been smoking”? But I already understand that lifelong generational brainwashing and propagandized mental conditioning can accomplish much more than the temporary effects of drug and alcohol abuse! Meanwhile, the greedy money/power hoarding and very secretive “elite” are destroying our water, air, food sources, and outright contaminating and deliberately creating genocide across the African Diaspora and other (supposedly) sovereign nations.

These tyrants have no patriotic allegiance to the country nor do they care about human life, but they make it their business to fill our collective social consciousness with patriotic and religious propaganda because these particular forms of conditioning make it so much easier to further control and manipulate the minds of people already born into a world of lies, cons, and schemes. When some of us begin to realize the true nature of our atrocious environment they use extreme measures to monitor and restrict our efforts to inform the populace! This is why they allow their Gestapo-like police agencies to do insane things even worse than what they have done to this young lady! (This is why we shouldn’t be shocked to find soldiers urinating on corpses)!

She may win her case if she is lucky enough to receive backing from the ‘good people’ of the world and the few good lawyers and judges, but observe as the so-called “good” police and overall judicial system all fall in line and try to restrict her rights and efforts to bring at least one or two of the many crooked tax paid cop-thugs down.

This is a law that is used to control people who are telling on officials. If you remember in the Clinton scandal, the friend of the intern (woman from Va.) was charged with the same thing to keep her shut up until they could decide how the scandal would go down. In this case, she should sue and get paid BIG TIME. Do not settle unless there are sooooo many zeros it’s stupid. I’m just saying…. Be Continuously Blessed.

Everybody needs to walk around locked and loaded with wiretaps these days. My belief is that you’d be no less than amazed at all the shit they cover up and get away with. You cannot go around white people without them, you can’t go around specifically white women without them, and definitely NOT the police, who are the biggest criminals in society.

It is unconscionable and hypocritical that the DA even chose to prosecute this woman. How can the DA’s office seek to prosecute crime while being the perpetrator of crime as well? SMH.

Wtf, if it was an ordinary citizen groping her breast, the recording woulld of been used in investigation. Just cuz they got a badge don’t mean they can grope!! She sure got alot of help from those who signed up to “serve and protect” when she called for domestic violence!!

This is outrageous! How else is a person supposed to protect themselves from police abuse, especially in a he said/she said situation, which is all too common for women who have been sexually harassed, raped, beaten, etc., especially by police. And what are the odds a middle class white woman would have been jailed for two weeks in the same situation?
