Tony Hansberry appears to have a very bright future in front of him. Tony has been called “the next Charles Drew” for the amazing work he’s done at such an early age. He is a student at the Carnell Cookman School of Medical Arts in Jacksonville, Florida. The school is the first magnet school in the country with an integrated medical curriculum.
Tony developed a project that allowed him to reduce the time it takes to perform hysterectomies. This helped him to gain the attention of medical doctors at The University of Florida, who then invited him to present alongside them at a medical education event.
