Jules Manson, a darling of the Tea Party, made a Facebook post that might lead some to think that he needs to be checked for drugs. On his wall, Manson said the following:

“Assassinate the fucken nigger and his monkey children.” Below is a screenshot of the post that was taken by some of his Facebook friends before he could have it removed:

I merely mentioned that I’m Hispanic to explain that I have been subjected to blatant racism much of my life and I understand the scene. Since I live in San Antonio, TX, where Hispanics are in the majority, the racism has pretty much stopped but in the 50s, 60s and 70s it was horrible. However racism against blacks has not really subsided…..but now our country has another group to hate, Muslims. We seem to be happy hating minorities. Projections shows that the population of the US will be most what we see as minorities currently. It won’t be long until whites are a minority. It’s already happened here and is spreading. In fact, some have predicted that in the future, the language of the US will be a mixture of English, Spanish and other nationalities. However, most of us are peaceful, humble people and we would never treat others the way we have been treated. I hope the same applies for black people. I would hate to see minorities stoop as low as these assholes and I don’t think it will happen that way.

I have a great Puerto Rican aunt. And I have no issues with Hispanics who are not bias toward Blacks. But I do have an issue with people who come to this country illegally. I’m talking about the law here and respect for the law.
I also understand that there is war going in L.A between Blacks and Chicanos. Just pick the LA Times and read about the number of Black people who have been slain by Mexicans in LA for the past two years. Do you remember the 13 year old Black girl who was murdered two blocks from her home in LA by Mexicans?

This is true here in San Antonio too and one of the reasons I have a Concealed Carry Permit. I will not allow my family or myself become a victim of these assholes. That is why I feel it is very important to allow good citizens to carry lawfully, Who else is going to protect you…..certainly not the cops. The other thing is to stay out of the bad areas of town but I know the folks you are talking about live in those areas and are victimized often by their own people as well as other bangers.

Being that during the 2008 election, the repubs strongest support came from the deep south and the appalachian states, that in itself says a lot. Manson threatened our President and his two daughters and I am offended and personally feel something serious needs to be done to Manson. It is ridiculous and should not be taken lightly. Threatening a U. S. President is is a class D Felony under U. S. Code Title 18, Section 871. This guy needs to be investigated by the Secret Service immediately! He not only threatened our President he included two very innocent children which in my opinion makes this threat evenmore serious. This was a practical non-entity, not the politico he’s being made out to be. Few of the folk of Carson know who he is…I’d guess. He got 3.4 percent of the vote in his bid for city council, so I don’t think his FB post will ever be a threat to a career as a politician (as in—no career). I like the fact that this mental midget was put on front street as a terrorist threat. Traditionally communicating a threat to the President Of the USA carries a sentence of not less than 5 years if found guilty. His futile attempt at removing his fb post is a testament to him being an abject coward. Him and his supporters are the the problem with race relations in this country. Fortunately , not all white people see life through his eyes. He deserves to be prosecuted with the full extent of the law. According to this mornings New York Times the Obama administration is allowing affluent foreigners to take advantage of a federal immigration program that offers these foreigners to literaly ‘buy’ a Green Card by investing in various construction projects in the United States – Primarily New York, California & Texas. About 3,800 foreigners took advantage of their ability to invest at least $500,000 in desired projects this year, 2011. Essentially, this is a Cash-for Visas scheme. According to the New York Times the rules are being stretched to qualify projects for financing by these foreigners through various questionable means such as gerrymadering areas to qualify as development zones in areas of high unemployment but they are actually prosperous ones according to federal and state records. One of the wealthiest areas in the district of Manhattan is building the International Gem Tower, near Fifth Avenue in the diamond district, at a cost off $750 million & about one-fifth of the money is coming from foreign investors seeking green cards. Obviously these foreign investors would qualify as the upper 1% we’re hearing so much about. Through selective use of census statistics, state officials have classified the area as one plagued by high unemployment. The Times article further states that their research indicates that thes foreigners are willing to accept little, if any, return on their investment in the project as long as they can secure American visas for their families.
Kind of like what Canada has allowed in accepting a high flow of wealthy Chinese immigrants.
This mornings article lists several other pending projects in wealthy areas based on questionable maps.

I think the most important thing to remember, no matter what we think of Obama’s success or failure, thus far, is that Obama would not be in office today if an overwhelming number of non-black folk had not voted for him. Amongst these folk were not only whites but also Hispanics & other races who felt a kinship with Obama & thought they had more in common with Obama & could relate to someone coming from a mixed race experience. This may all change the second time around depending on all the politics. Last election it became obvious very early on that a large number of Republicans were not so happy with their own party’s candidate selection & that odd nominated duo seemed doomed from the start. Last time non black folk from around the world pinned high hopes & maybe unrealistic expections on a big change in Washington. History will decide but certainly the Nobel peace prize committee stuck their necks out a mile by making a statement that most of the world wanted things to be different than business as usual. But reality is always different than expectations. No elected president has absolute power & an elected president just can’t change things over night after all we’re still a Republic & not a Democracy. Unfortunately there still is a lot of politics as usual in the entire world let alone our country. More people today are feeling pessimistic and fearful about their future in a world that seems more out of control & chaotic. Now people need more than hope, they need a reason to feel confident that we’re on the right track. This issue of being able to instill confidence has yet to manifest itself to the masses of people.

The word racist is too unclear. Racism is real and all around in various degrees. We’re all aware of race. In general, we consider President Obama to be a black president, despite his half-whiteness. The word I choose for comments like these is bigoted. I believe that the number of bigots has dropped considerably in my lifetime. (They certainly are still plentiful, but not the norm anymore.) Racism has changed, and in some cases is not intended as negative. But we still don’t look at skin color in the same way do hair color. Once that happens, racism will be gone.

Since President Obama has been in office, racism has emerged it ugly head. I am sadden to see how some of our fellow americans show very little respect to the President and his family. As citizens we the people are entitle to our opinions on how we think our country should be run, we call this freedom of the speech however there are boundaries that should never be cross. When there is a personal attack on any president and his or her children, whether its in deeds or with words, there are protocals that should be follow when it comes to expressing our feelings. Public school has a no zero tolorence for this type of behavior, because we know it encourage bullying, it provoke hostility and can incite violence. We tell children how they should act yet people like Jules Manson is allow to do as he pleases without consideration to others. Jules Mason follow up response by saying I am sorry does not cut it and should not be accepted. Something we need to think about should his actions merit a slap on the hand, and should we turn the other cheek. Keep in mind this man is in a role of leadership. Also It is my uderstanding this man is a darling of the tea party, who has influence. People need to be held accountable for their deeds and their words when it is intentional. I would hope we have learn the lessons from the past to treat others on how we want to be treated with respect. I hope the Secret Service will hold Jules Manson accountable for his action.
