Nida Khan: What If Newt Gingrich Were a Black Man?

what if newt gingrich were a black man? When Newt Gingrich, the now extremely plausible GOP nominee, stated ‘But I’m also a 68-year-old grandfather’ during Saturday’s Iowa debate when the question of marital fidelity and trust was raised, he did more than just play the victim card. In one quick swoop, Gingrich effectively shot down criticism and the likelihood of extensive potential future questioning of his known sexual improprieties. And in all reality, most major media outlets and pundits will sooner rather than later fail to follow through and hold him accountable for his proven mishaps. Going forward, whenever — if ever — the subject is raised, the former Speaker of the House will predictably state something along the lines of ‘I’ve already addressed that’ or ‘it’s overkill, judge me on my record’. Now that the topic of adultery has been beaten to death with Herman Cain, Gingrich will likely get a free pass — yet again.

Silly bitch where have you been in the last few months.  There was a polished Black man that got no respect for black people for being a republican.  Then was brought down by a bunch of whore blue eyed white she devils. Its a know fact to US Black folks that you have to run a smarter and cleaner game to win.

You really have no knowledge of what the term polished really means do you?
Cain was a republican, but hardly was polished, and definitely was not presidential material. The very same system that he denied existed was the one that brought him down. It’s very interesting to see the people who support(ed) him still don’t realize that.

Very true Peoples425. Mr. Cain was a major embarrassment to himself, his family, and sadly, to black people in America. Anyone that believes Cain was a polished candidate obviously is undoubtedly ignorant not polished either. Mr. Cain gave credence to the false notion that black men exhibit this inborn trait of clownish buffoonery. What a disgrace!  You are also right that the very system he denied as non existed brought about his downfall. You know what’s even more interesting? Here’s a man that accuses black people of blaming others rather than taking responsibility for their actions. At the end, he was blaming everybody else and never once took responsibility. Just like that, his white brothers from another Mother have discarded him like the ignoramus they believed he was. Pitiful!

Considering the countless double standards that are within this country and criminal justice, what part of this is surprising with Newt Gingrich?
