Perhaps this is the point where the wild ride of Herman Cain comes crashing down. The Republican presidential candidate is being accused of sexually harassing two women in the 1990s, an accusation that could derail his high-flying campaign. Herman Cain’s Chief of Staff, Mark Block, is saying that Cain never engaged in any forms of sexual harassment, in spite of reports to the contrary.
