Alert: Serial Rapist Targeting Members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority

serial rapist targeting members of Delta Sigma ThetaDallas police are alarmed by a serial rapist who has a clear and specific target:  members of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.  The victims, all women in their 50s and 60s, say that the man has personal knowledge about each of them.  Four of the women were raped in their Dallas homes over the last 11 months, and police believe that it was the same man in each case.

    All the Deltas in the greater Dallas area must meet with the Dallas Police to come with  gameplan to capture this perverted serial rapist. Don’t they have any real Black men in Dallas who can pull citizens patrols in the targeted communities?
