Judge Dismisses Lawsuit From LeBron’s Estranged Father

LeBron James' father's lawsuit is dismissed

The claim of Leicester Bryce Stovall who said he was the father of LeBron James has been dismissed by a Washington, D.C. judge.

TMZ reports that Stovall had all eight of his claims rejected because he could not prove them and had “not identified any damages.” Stovall has accused James’ mother Gloria of tampering with a paternity test.

Stovall, a lawyer himself, said he wants to re-take a DNA test and could appeal the dismissal. LeBron’s dad says that he met his mother in a bar in 1984. They had unprotected sex the same night, according to Stovall. He later claims that he found out that LeBron’s mother was only 15 years old, while was the ripe old age of 29.

He needs to move on with his life…This man is an attorney and he should be making some money..he needs to leave this family alone. If he is indeed his father, LeBron will get in contact with him if he wants to see him.

maybe it’s not about the money. without knowing when he found out about labron, it’s wrong to attack the man without knowing both sides of the story. after some the recently bone head moves made by labron, he could use a father figure in his life.

Sooo, to recap. He claims he met a 15yr. old girl in a bar and had sex with her the same night? He also claims he didn’t know she was 15? WHERE was this man while LeBron was growing up? Did he step in then and offer to take a DNA test, pay support? THIS is the best reason why children need both parents in their life whether the parents are together or not. He ignore his so-called son for how many years? Right. One more thing, how can LeBron’s mother “tamper” with a paternity test? And why would she? He is not entitled to anything, father or not.

A mother struggle to raise her child, without the father presence and when she moves on with her life and raise a successful child, someway of another the long lost Bio. Dad will find ways to get back into the scene someway is it for the attention or what? sometime when people go their separate ways, it best to leave things as they are. For Lebron to hear this man, say this about his Mother, is not helping the matter, this man is in question saying Lebron James Mother is a liar. And this does not help Lebron at all, it only hurt him more from a personal standard.
