Judge Rules In Favor Of Halle Berry In Custody Fight

A judge recently ruled in favor of Halle Berry in a bitter custody battle over her daughter Nahla.

The famous actress appeared in court this past week after legal documents were filed by her lawyer, Neal Hersh, imploring the judge to hold her ex–boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, in contempt.

According to TMZ.com, an altercation between Berry and Aubry escalated when the two couldn’t reach an amicable agreement on “how each of them was going to divide the time to spend with Nahla while Berry shoots a movie in Europe”.

The custody battle has been ongoing since last December when the couple decided to call it quits. Aubry, a former model, has filed a petition demanding to be recognized as Nahla’s father.

He’s just another greedy SOB. She had sworn off marriage because she keeps getting taken advantage of by these guys. I feel sorry for her that she is such a poor judge of character.

When Gabriel went to court the first time, he asked for joint custody of Nahla, which means neither one of them pay any money to the other.

Maybe, she is not such a good choice herself. You would think that as good as she looks, that no man would cheat on her, but looks don’t mean shit between the sheets. If a woman marries a man, and she knows that he likes freakish sex, but she is not willing to give it to him, he going to cheat on her to satisfy his desires, no matter what he tells her. Before a man and a woman get involved in a serious long intentioned relationship, they should sit down and be dead honest with each other, especially regarding their sexual desires, and their financial status. Otherwise, their relationship is doomed to failure from the start.
