Creflo Dollar: Eddie Long “already has a ticket into heaven” (video)

Last week, Dr. Boyce Watkins from Your Black World wrote an article about Eddie Long being defended by Pastor Creflo Dollar. Additionally, Roland Martin and actor Boris Kodjoe got into a heated battle over the incident on Twitter. Now, you can hear the words come out of Dollar’s mouth, as he says that Bishop Long already has a ticket into heaven and that his church members should not abandon him in spite of the fact that he’s paid a settlement to cover up a case involving alleged sexual coercion of four young men in his church.

Why are we wasting time on this non issue? Do$$ar and Long have already made their heaven on earth on the backs of the poor who support these ministries at their parishners, expense…Anyone who is living in an apt or house, can barely make it to the next payday, but feel obligated to support these pimps to live better than them, are already living in their verson of hell while allowing these pimps to live in heaven..

We have an OBLIGATION to speak out against EVIL! Black or white…Creflo is wrong for supporting Eddie Long…yeah he can say forgive but he should continue his sentence with Eddie Long sit down….the only reason Creflo is supporting a child molester is because he has skeletons in his closet….Those in authoritative positions are held to a “higher standard” whether it be a pastor, elected official etc.

I don’t have a comment for whatever reason Creflo Dollar has for defending Eddie Long. I feel that there is no justice for the young men that Eddie Long abused. As for a ticket to heaven, that is up to God. I feel that I am a forgiving individual, but the Eddie Long’s of this world has used their status and position to take dvantage of other’s and when they commit these unjust acts against unsuspecting individuals they are easily forgiven. What about the ones they have abused and no one knows how many there are. Some of them never rise above these acts that were done to them. To Eddie Long and the others like him I do not believe you are better. I just think you have been exposed and then and only then do you ask for forgiveness. If it were not for those young people you took advantage of had not spoke up, your secret would still be a secret. I do not believe you would have come out and apologized and ask for forgiveness for the wrong you commited on them. The beginning of forgiveness starts with the guilty admitting the wrong they committed, and not always after being called out!

This is oh so awful…I let my Christian mother
listen to it and she agreed with Creflo but she said she could not sit under
Bishop Eddie Long’s ministry. I had to remind my mother what if it was
“your” grandson Eddie Long had done this to? Creflo can easily say
what he is saying because he “obviously” has skeletons in his closet
itching to come outside. If someone had MOLESTED one of Creflo’s children (or
grandchildren) Creflo would be singing another tune. Yeah, God forgives but
Creflo should be saying we forgive Bishop Eddie Long but he needs professional
help and he needs to STOP preaching and sit under a preacher and be taught
himself. In the Old Testament when the priest went into the holy of the holies
he had a rope tied around his ankle with a bell on it. If the priest had sin he was KILLED instantly
and dragged out. No different TODAY….preachers who have sin need to STOP
preaching and come out of the pulpit and get some professional and spiritual
help. Too many boys and girls are
MOLESTED by adults and their lives are RUIN!
No one is trying to judge anyone on earth they are just speaking the
TRUTH…..and the same goes for Anthony Weiner…he has a problem…resign get help

Creflo Dollar sounds like an accident getting ready to happen. If he wants to support his buddie, Eddie Long, do it in private and not in the pulpit. And, stop misleading his people by supporting a sex pervert, who forcefully engaged young men into sexual misconduct. Eddie Long shamed his call to the ministry and his congregation. He needs to repent before his congregation, step down, and get professional help. I am so sad for my people who can’t see through some of these men who claim to speak for God. It is down right pitiful. Lord help us minister. Sad to say — it has been going on forever.

I don’t think any of us has an automatic ticket in heaven.. That statement by Dollar is a sad commentary on how some church leaders are leading there flocks…They are literally running their congregations into a ditch with their foolishness…We need to follow God and not these Idiots thats preaching another gospel! If we ever needed God’s help its now…God please teach us to follow the Master and not the pastor!!!
