Man Has Sex with His Daughter and Stabs Her 15 Times

Rodney J. McIntyre, 45, had sex with his 17-year-old daughter, stabbed her 15 times and dumped her body in the trash.

McIntyre was arrested on Saturday. He was charged in D.C Superior Court on Monday with first-degree murder of his daughter, Ebony Franklin. Assistant U.S. Attorney Jocelyn Ballantine explained the details of the the investigation, that McIntyre’s semen was discovered in his daughter’s body, to a court room filled with friends and family members who cried out before rushing out of the room.

The prosecution based the charges mostly on calls made to and from Franklin’s phone and on her father’s location in proximity to where her body had been discovered.

According to her mom, Franklin left her home, where she lived with her mother and step dad to spend the weekend of Nov.26. with her father. They were supposed to meet at a local Target store. Upon being questioned, McIntyre claimed his daughter decided to spend the weekend with her boyfriend instead. Franklin’s mother reported her missing on Nov.27. and her body was found on Nov.28.

McIntyre used his daughter’s cellphone to make calls and send text messages to her mother and others to blame someone else for her killing. In one message, authorities said, McIntyre wrote, “Remember, the bitch told on my man nowyoo get her out the trash.”

McIntyre was questioned several times about his daughter’s death. During one interview, they confronted McIntyre about a possible sexual relationship with his daughter. When asked by detectives if his DNA would be on the victim, he said, “I don’t know how to explain it” and that he would not admit a relationship with Franklin to them, only to her mother.

When Franklin’s body was found, it was determined that his semen was inside her for three days. When told this, McIntyre said he had given his daughter a bottle with his semen, which he claims she used in attempts to impregnate herself.

After further probing, McIntyre admitted that he and his daughter had sex on “several occasions,” including the Tuesday before she was stabbed, killed and stuffed in the trash.

I am sick to pieces with bioogical fathers thinking they have the right to have sex with their daughters. This is such a rotten society that we live in today and such a displeasure to read the news daily. This world as we know it is going to hell in a hand basket if we don’t get our morals together. This is freaking unbelieveable that this bastard, who was the sperm doner for this child, turned out to be her rapist and murderer..I hope budda mets him in the shower and exact some poetic justice..What the hell would make you look at your child in a sexual manner? This is something you hear about whites doing, but since we’ve been socialized with white people, we’re hearing and seeing more of these types of cases being exposed in black families…This has to be very hard on her mother and other siblings to hear this graphic disclosure in court..I hope he gets the max sentence for this henious act…

this earth and I even left my native England to live in a country where
the population is more than 90% black – so you know these are not just words. However, I wouldn’t wish for you to allow the
