Two Students Accused of Trying to Noose a Black Student

by Ayvaunn Penn, Your Black World

Two white teens of the tender ages of 15 and 16 are not so tender hearted towards their black classmate. Chesterfield County police have charged these boys with simple assault after they grabbed the 14-year-old black male victim and tried to put a noose around his neck at an after-school activity being held at Thomas Dale High School.

Shawn Smith, the Chesterfield County school division spokesman, released a statement saying that these bullying acts breach school regulations and are punishable by suspension or expulsion. As the school handles their side of matters, police are deciding whether or not to file additional charges against the students in question.

The disparity in the judicial system is worse than sickening. If two black youths had tried to put a noose around a gentiles neck, they would be facing crimes starting with “Hate”!
Simple assault would be at the end of a long list of charges.

Also keep in mind that this is done during the era of Obama. I’ve seen this kind of problem before. When a ‘black’ mayor Bradley was mayor of Los Angeles, the police were worse than ever and the CIA helped to dump ‘Crack’ cocaine on our neighborhoods. Sure they denied their total complicity, but I believe it was intentional. Rodney King was beaten and a second riot broke out under a black LA Mayor.
You can cover all the horrible incidents and coincidences up in your minds, and allow them to continue, and even to escalate if you want, but I want to know what we’re facing in this country, and what could be just around the corner.

If the Jews weren’t so surprised and in disbelief that the German population had turned on them, there would have been fewer genocidal deaths in gas chambers and burn ovens. They (The Jews) not only attended colleges in Germany they taught in them!

You see, this ”riling up the negros” type of headline/title is a total waste of time.

This type of article is a waste of time!

This space could have been used to inform us of how many African Americans graduated college this year!

    Please STOP this foolishness!

I don’t think we should ignore any attacks against “blacks”. I think that if we were able to record them all and line them all up side by side we’d have so many that the government would be forced to finally do something constitutional to stop ‘American’ discrimination and racist attacks against African-Americans (blacks).
Done your way a ‘black’ person who’s graduated from college say a ‘Henry Luis Gates Jr.’ could be safe from racist abuse because he’s educated right? Wrong!

It appears that many things are being done to better the lives of the gays, but not enough to prevent white supremacy racism from continually growing with new generations.

Please do not be foolish! Is Henry Gates the only Black person you know/know of whom has a college degree? Of course being a college graduate will not prevent a racist from doing racist crap to Blacks, and in fact just what do you think should be done to “prevent” white supremacy and racism towards Black and others? Do you expect that our President can make racism go away? How would he do that? A racist is a racist and he/she will stay a racist no matter what race or color they are! These incidents are not the norm. They happen once in a while. Some of it is reported and some of it is not! My objection is that this writer (and a few others) feel the need to sensationalize incidents with heading/titles that are meant to inflame! I stand by my post. We need to be learning about how we move forward, how we become financially secure, how we can own companies and employ our people, how we can move masses of black folk to become educated, how we can take better care of our health, how some of us need to learn parenting skills, not about something we know  has been happening since we got off the ship! You can wallow in that old stuff if you want, but empowering ourselves financially and obtaining knowledge is our key to freedom!

@6bb6680a8eb07989bceba7e6e4083fb4:disqus  Everything is discussed in these forums. If you don’t care to know about a ‘black’ child being attacked, and the kind of justice afforded the white kids who did it, well that’s on you, but try to understand the significance of this serious horror and what it means for the whole ‘African-American’ population.

One continuous thread that runs through these stories is that we are not respected and we are having a difficult time getting people, as well as each other to understand the problems we face. Most have no idea how seriously in trouble our society is.

Take a martial art.  Learn to shoot and otherwise defend yourself. The racists certainly do.

I am glad that the baby was revived and safe.  This is also sad for the baby mother who is being outcast.  Who is looking into her sitution on her behalf?   Granted she is wrong. However she is still young and a human being and having a baby in our culture is hard.  no one we could trust and no one truly helps.  Everyone blames and expects the mother to know what to do and how to do it.   that not fair. Most of the time the girl is made super responsible as if she should know how to deal with a crying baby all the time.  Is thier someone to check out her background where she lived or how she is living?  she had to be dealing with being oppressed herself and couldnt see herself allow her child to be oppressed.   I honestly feel bad for her and I know she regrets doing what she did.  I honestly hope and pray someone will open up their hearts to her and help her open hers.  I know that people seen the sign way before this incident.  I am quite sure that she has asked her parents, the babyfather and friends for help but didn’t recieved any help at all.  she was in the hosiptal by herself.   Sometime a baby is just to much for some women.  Our culture has us to believe having a baby is a sin therefore instead of working together we make our family member suffer by having a baby as if it was a crime. That not fair.  In most case the teen hears thing from their very own family like “I raised my children already”  or ” I aint taking care of nobody else child”   or ” You made your bed lay in it” now people act as if they are shocked  where were they before and during.  someone please help the babymom.  I know she could use the help.  It take a family to raise a child.  I wish I knew her cause I would have helped from the beginning
